Kathleen Daily Mock the founder of HCC Consultants. Ms. Daily Mock is currently Of Counsel at German, Gallagher, & Murtagh in Philadelphia and was a partner at the Philadelphia-based law firm of Mylotte, David & Fitzpatrick. Ms. Daily Mock's legal practice consists primarily of the defense of physicians and hospitals.

While earning her JD From Temple University School of Law, she worked as a registered nurse for several Philadelphia hospitals including St. Mary Hospital and Frankford Hospital-Torresdale Division. Later she went on to earn her Masters in trial work. Ms. Daily Mock's dual careers and vast hands-on experience make her uniquely qualified to address the communication needs of health care practitioners.

Ms. Daily Mock is a sought-after speaker who uses humor to engage and instruct her workshop participants. For over a decade, she has been speaking about health care and the law, giving numerous presentations on the legal aspects of nursing, physician-patient relations and the impact on medical malpractice claims, and legal issues in case management.

Ms. Daily Mock is a recent Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Commission on Women in the Profession and member of several professional societies in law and healthcare.
